Submitting a proposal or manuscript for review does not create any obligation on The Premium Editions to publish it, and does not transfer or license any rights in the submitted material. We do not charge for proposal review. A publishing agreement, if offered, is a separate written contract negotiated individually with the author, and only that signed agreement governs the commercial terms, rights and costs of any book we publish together.
